The Neutral faction, which is presently those who operate on the fringes of or outside society along with the average powerless person (pirates, bounty hunters, ex-military commandos, insurrectionist punks and joe everyman), will become those who choose neither side in the war.
Several smaller groups have risen out of the Neutral faction to form their own teams and organizations:

The Nyon Rebels- The Dynobots
The Nyon Rebels
The now ex-rebels have splintered to join various factions, or will be joining various factions in the near future, now that Nyon is no more and their leader has, ah, resigned.
Dynobots
See all that stuff above? We have nothing to do with them. The Dynobots are an autonomous unit working on their own with no support. Primus help you all.
